We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from "Hooked On Safety®". That is why if you receive a DVD, VHS or CD-R that is damaged or non-working simply email us at Customer Service
, or call us at 918-286-3980, letting us know the specifics of the return, then simply return the video to us within 15 days of receipt. "Hooked On Safety®" will then replace the damaged or non-working video title with another copy of the same title at no charge to you.
After 15 days and up to 30 days after receipt of your video, "Hooked On Safety®" will replace the damaged or non-working video title with another copy of the same title for half the original retail price of that title plus postage. After 30 days we will not replace the DVD's or CDR's.
When returning items to us please obtain a tracking number for that item from your parcel service. Hooked On Safety® will not be responsible for items that are lost in the mail.

With proper care our video products will serve you for years. However like any other tool in your tool box they are not indestructible. If you don't take the extra minute to return them to the case after each use they won't last a week. Dust and greasy fingerprints is the worst enemy a DVD or VHS video product can have. A nice scratch from tossing them on top of the player after a viewing won't help their life span either. Please take the time to take care of your investment in our products.
